I have just had Hyaluronidase put in my right cheek today, Monday 10th October 2011 at 530pm as I had way to much filler on the right more then the left side, It is 1017pm same day! and already it as dissolved way to much and my right cheek is now very thin and as dents in places compared to the left cheek which is perfect and what we wanted, I am very scared as I was told Hyaluronidase takes 3 days to work. It looks terrible and its only just over 4 hours since I had treatment. Please help????
After Hyalorinidase I tell patients to wait at least one week before reinjection of fillers for things to stabilize.
Re-evaluate in one week
In 09, got yucky 1.5 cc/under eye of Restylane, 18 mos after single injection, my right undereye retained a walnut-sized silver lump, lifting dark veins/muscles when I'd smile. Even months after Hyaluronidase--R still comparatively darker/convex--my GP thought I was punched! Restylane's cust # was useless. What might interfere w/reabsorbtion? Why only 1 spot? More HYASE might cause hollows, so I thought I'd wait. What is max known persistence? Could Fraxel/Laser/Steroids/Massage/Creams help?
You may have to inject Hyalurinidase multiple times in different planes to get all the Hyaluronic acid. You will be left with your old eyes before the injections plus about 2 years of aging.
There is no evidence that Hyalurinidase causes hollowness of the eyes.
Once all the fillers are gone, then if the hollowness bother you, consult a board certifed plastic surgeon (American Board of Plastic Surgery) for dicussing all the options available to you, and the risks of each, then you can make an inteligent decision.
I had juvaderm injections under my eyes with undesirable results-the teat trough area was overfilled, and I was left with a lump in my left cheek from Juvaderm that was displaced somewhow. I want to get the Juvaderm removed, but would like to know what it would cost to do so. Can someone give me an estimate as to how much it would be to have hyaluronidase injected in this area? Thank you. Jelena
The cost vary but it can cost from $200 to $900.
May need more than one session of injections
