Butt Is Sagging, From Side Looks Flat, Long, Saggy. What to Do?

I would like my butt to be lifted and the extra skin that sags at the base to be removed. A little bit of a "bump" or rounding out from the side would be nice, but I am mostly concerned about the sagging and the look of the long butt. What procedure do you recommend, I live in New England (avg cost?) and are the results of a lift for a lifetime? 5'7" 129 Lb 46 Years Old.

A: Buttock Lift

When there is actual sagging of the buttocks and the buttocks are falling down. Then the crease will go all the way accross the buttock-thigh.

The incision for buttock lift is at the upper limits of the buttocksextending to almost the edge of the lateral thigh. When done right, it is very long long lasting

Unhappy With Buttocks Lift Asymmetrical Incisions. How To Approach Revision?

I had an inner thigh lift and a buttocks lift 9 weeks ago. The Doctor stated he would make an incision on each side from the groin underneath the buttocks and stopping a couple inches from the outer thigh. He did this well on the left cheek, but on the right cheek he made a jagged incision stopping just past the groin. The result is a sagging, asymmetrical cheek. I expect a redo in that area since he did not promise what he stated. How do I approach this?

A: Revision surgery

The issue of revision surgery and 'any further surgery " should have been discussed before any surgery. The cost, what are the responsibilities of each party. So the answer to your question is just discuss yor concerns with the doctor and discuss the fina cial responsibilities. You may hear things you do not like.
