Dr. Strawberry was born in Bethesda, Maryland and obtained his medical degree from George Washington University in Washington D.C. where he graduated with honors.

Post-medical school training

He completed residencies at Georgetown University, Washington Hospital Center, where he was the chief resident in otolaryngology (head and neck surgery); and Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia where he completed his plastic surgery residency. Dr. Strawberry is double-boarded in plastic surgery and otolaryngology.
