Somehow my breast have become droopy, saggy, and completely different. I was thinking of getting the surgery to lift them...any advice? I want them to be perky and higher...is this possible with breast like mine? :)
If you are healthy and a good surgical candidate, breast lift would achieve your goals of improved fullness and shape. Women are born with asymmetries and all kinds of breast/nipple shapes and sizes. I would recommend you meet with a Board Certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options and look at some representative pre and postoperative photos to better understand the procedure.
I just want to say thank you to all who have responded to my first post. I was just in shock to hear that my breasts were that bad. until I took the pictures My partner and I were unaware just how asymetrical my breasts actually are. I have decided that I am going to go ahead with the lift, I just hope that I can achieve my look without a vertical scar. (I'm hoping he will be able to just lift around the areola?) how much longer will the lift add to my recovery. A MASSIVE THANK YOU to all that took time to help.
This should maybe add 1-1.5 hours to your breast augmentation, or less, depending on what your plastic surgeon needs to do. Please talk to your surgeon to get the most accurate answer, to assess duration of operation as well as which procedure would be best for your breast lift (i.e. if vertical scar necessary)
I'm 22 years old and my breast sag and lay nearly flat on my chest. Bending to the front makes them look like cow utters and laying back they look deflated. I'm a 34C and I don't want to be bigger. I also heard that lifts take a long time to heal and can come undone. So my question is what is the best approach to take?
Judging from your photographs, a breastlift would be helpful in tightening up the breast, and reducing and centralizing the nipple. There are visible scars which often fade over time and are acceptable in light of the improvement in contour. The lift may reduce your cup size by one size. If you are more interested in fullness then you may want to consider augmentation with an implant or with fat taken from somewhere else on your body. To have a full discussion of options and to review potential results, you will need to visit with a Board certified plastic surgeon.
