 In general the plastic surgery community is divided into two groups.

First group would recommend one stage lift and augmentation. This is well accepted by the patient since there is less cost and less anesthesia.

The second group will do lift first and wait 3 months and do the augmentation. The risk for the single stage is 1) wide scar  2) Loss of nipple 3) Displaced implant and 2 stage procedure will decrease the above risk

You have DD breast and you will not need implant since you have large breasts
