I was in an car accident 5 months ago. My front airbag deployed and my car was totaled when someone pulled out in front of me while I was going 50 MPH. I have had pain n both ever since. My surgeon ordered an MRI that indicated a biltateral rupture. He doesn't believe and wants me to get a 3D MRI. With all the cost and the fact that I have so much pain and my left implant is softer I dont' know why he doesn't believe the MRI results? He says to massage the implants and the pain should go away.
I would think that your surgeon has not noticed any physical changes and does not want to operate on you. You did not mention about the age of the implants and if there is any changes in the breast shape post surgery. I would recommend that you discuss your concerns with your surgeon and tell him/her that you will be OK if surgical exploration does not find ruptured implants. There is no reason for another MRI.
I'm 5.7'' 23 years old never pregnant and i have 36B I have wide back, so my boobs look small, I want to make me a breast implant but I not sure which size is best for me. I want a full D. And like 9 years ago I was diagnosed with PCOS, so that maybe explain why my boobs are so small.
You need to have in person consultation to evaluate your breast tissue and your expectation. Your breast tissue can not handle big implant because of the short distance from nipple to the fold.Your right breast is lower than the left side and this will not be corrected by augmentation.
I was overweight when I was younger and have lost 55lbs since. My breasts were never large to begin with and at this point have lost even more volume and are saggy which makes me extremely insecure. Once I reach my weight loss goal (15lbs to go) I plan to get my breasts augmented though I am not sure if I only need implants or if I should get implants with a lift. Any recommendations?
You have done a great job by losing the extra weight. Your breast tissue been stretched too much and sagged. You will breast lift to make the areola smaller and lift the breast tissue. The other concern is the space between your breast tissue. I would recommend breast lift and fat grafting to give cleavage and some volume. This can be done in one setting. If you are interested in larger than small C size breast, I would suggest implant later on. You can see some examples at my web site.
