A: Thermage Not Indicated For Gynecomastia

I am not a fan of Thermage in general and definitely would not recommend its use for gynecomastia. Male breast reduction or gynecomastectomy typically involves both liposuction of excess fat as well as direct excision of glandular tissue.

Thermage Vs Full or Mini Tummy Tuck for Post-pregnancy Tummy? I'm a young (26) healthy mother of 2. I would like to know, will Thermage work to help improve my tummy (at least 40-60%), or would I need a mini or full tummy tuck (which I would rather not do)? Thank you.

A: Tummy Tuck vs Thermage

I definitely feel that you will need a TT to get a good result. Your photo shows a good bit of central abdominal weakness or a hernia which can be addressed only with a TT. I personally choose not to use Thermage.

	“Do NOT Spend Your Money on...” Well, it's been 6 months since I had the Thermage treatment on my face and neck. 	“Lasted 3-4 Months” It was incrediably painful. About two days after the procedure my face swelled up until I looked like a chipmunk with staches of nuts in both my cheeks. A few days later, the swelling disappeared and the results were ok...but not $2000 ok. In about three months any skin improvement was gone forever. Worth it? Definately not. more
