Hello All, I am so excited to have found this site. I have gotten a lot of comfort reading about everyone's journey. So my story starts like this: pregnant at 17, 10lb baby c-section. I have very large breast 36DDD. They look at the floor, yuck! I am 5 foot tall and weigh 143. I have lost 40 lbs this past year. So time for a reward. Hoping to have breast reduction and TT. Just scheduled my... more
I had my surgery today everything went very smoothly. I came home about 2:30 today. I had 5mg's of Percocet and have taken another pain pill I am currently taking Tylenol and I am uncomfortable but it is tolerable. I absolutely hate the
way I feel on pain medication and really trying to avoid taking them at all.
I had Breast Augmentation and a tummy tuck.
So it's been about a week since... more
I've always been up and down weight wise, but rawked it out till I had kids. I was fat. Life dramatically changed, i went back to school, lost 70lbs, and took the plunge. I researched and met multiple docs for 2yrs. I heard it all. A bazillion opinions, a butch if yeses and nos, felt pushed and ignored, and was disappointed. When I met Dr. Bergman, I knew she was it. I had. 7.5hr surgery... more
Though the recuperation is more than what i thought and was led to believe, I do not regret having theTT and BA. I'm looking forward to being all well though. Big advice: research about the procedure and recuperation well; take about 5 weeks off work; have supportive people around you; and stay positive. There will be emotionally difficult days. But the mirror will be your best friend. more
I have been wanted a tummy tuck for years. I am very petite person who has had three big healthy babies. My torso is extremely short so when I was pregnant my belly stuck out super far like a torpedo. No matter how thin I have gotten I have always had what I called the "sack" of excess skin. It was bad after my second but, I was much older when I had my third and, of course, it is worse. Any... more
I had breast augmentation, Mentor 275cc, 18 years ago after 3 children. I went on to have 2 more children which I breastfed with no problem. About 2 months ago I realized that my left breast had deflated. I met with 3 doctors and chose Dr. Slatton because of his past work and his careful attention to my concerns. I am having my Mommy Makeover on Nov. 9th (that is if I get all my bloodwork... more
I had a tummy tuck and breast lift on 10/15/12. My motivation was not feeling comfortable in my body. After four children, my body seemed foreign to me. I am currently on day 11 post op. I wish I could do more, such as things on my own. But I try to remind myself that healing takes time. So far my healing is going well, still have some swelling and soreness. The look of my body is not exactly... more
So I am 29 years old and I have 3 babies 9, 7, and a 1 year old. In high school I was a 34 DD and size 2. After each pregnancy my boobs got bigger and after my milk came in with each baby my boobs got bigger and never went down like most peoples do. I also started out as a size 2 and am now a snug 14. My babies tend to be on the large size so I was also left with a stomach that appears to look... more
