I went in for consult for botox. He gave me a one-time nurse pricing for his injections, which is considerably less! This stemmed from a bad experience with another Dr.s treatment that didn't take effect, essentially $400 down the drain. He made it a point to show me that his office would take care of me the right way. He also pointed out if you're not happy with results you may return for a touch up (no charge). Never will I ever go anywhere else for any treatments. Dr. Hamiltons RN Elizabeth is the botox queen. She is beyond amazing and has your best interest in mind and never tries to upsell you, EVER!

I chose Dr. Hamilton for Otoplasty surgery because of the number of accolades, awards and boards that he sits on, as well as his website. The initial impression was backed up by seeing his operation in person and meeting his staff. I was really impressed with the level of professionalism from the first point of contact to the whole way through. They were like a well-oiled machine. They had me ready at every step and it was just a quick and seamless process. Everything went as planned and I was very pleased. I’m 100% satisfied with the results. It was exactly what I was hoping for and it was perfect. He was able to complete what his objective was and what my objective was…he hit it right on. Dr. Hamilton did a great job.

Everybody in the office is so happy. Debbie, Elizabeth, they are all just very, very just kind people, just nice people. I love them all. My granddaughter feels so pampered when she has a facial at Dr. Hamilton’s office with Michelle. Elizabeth does a lot of cosmetic shots, like Botox and Juvederm and Michelle does facials. Everybody in the office is so happy. Debbie, Elizabeth, they are all just very, very just kind people, just nice people. I love them all. With everything I had done, they were so good about protecting my privacy. If you looked bad when you had to come back after a procedure like the CO2, they would take you through the side door where you wouldn’t have to see anybody. And that means a lot. They are just very nice. Dr. Hamilton hires these kinds of people. His office and his staff are the same type of people that he is, good people.

The girls in the office here felt more like friends of mine than they did just employees or secretaries. His staff, and of course Dr. Hamilton, have so much professionalism in that whole office. Dr. Hamilton even called me on a Sunday after my Neck lift procedure to check on me. He actually threw a really nice luncheon for his patients. Now, who does that? You don’t get that type of treatment anymore. I would have any surgical procedure done by Mark Hamilton. He’s a great guy…very trustworthy and all around a nice, caring person. He’s the best.

Today I had Radiesse injections with Dr. Hamilton. I’ve had several procedures done within the past, including Juvederm, Radiesse, microdermabrasion and dermaplane. I’ve been a patient for about three years now. I keep going back because he and his employees are wonderful. The staff members are and very friendly and also extremely good at what they do. On a scale of 5 I would rate Dr. Hamilton and the other people in his office a 5. The nurse injectionist is extremely good, the receptionists are very good, the aestheticians, too so I think they all rate highly.

Made my Experience a Breeze (Facelift and Eyelid) - Greenwood, IN

With Dr. Hamilton I had a facelift over a year ago, and then I had a lower eyelid surgery sometime after that. My experiences going through these procedures were a breeze. There was nothing to it and Dr. Hamilton was an angel. He takes very good care of his patients and called me twice the night after one of my surgeries. I went to see him the very next morning on both occasions and it happened to be a holiday weekend. The nurses treat you like you are royalty. I went to this particular doctor because I had a friend that had some work done by him and she recommended him.
