I'm a 10D or 8DD and feel they are too far apart, I can fit 3 fingers in the middle before the tissue begins to thicken. They are not saggy at all and I'm happy with the size. Is there such a thing as a breast lift inwards? How much would this cost and what are the options/complications? They look amazing in a push up bra but in a bikini they dissappear out the sides, any info would help :)
The definitive answer is that no form of a breast lift is going to create cleavage or lessen the sternal space between the breast mounds. This is what bras can do as you have observed.
i lost weight then had a breast lift. now my nipples are too high. only an a cup an not alot of tissue to work with. was done with insurance paying as necessary. cant afford to have done without insurance paying. is there any way to have it corrected so i stop coming out of all bras and clothes?
Your nipples do not appear too high in these photos. You may see it that way because you have little upper pole volume. This appearance could be improved by tightening the inframammary crease and placing it into a higher position or even the use of a breast implant to increase upper breast volume. But this will not be a procedure that insurance is going to cover.
What Area is Cut when Doing a Breat Lift?
There are four fundamental types of breast lifts which differ in how much lifting results and the amount of scar they create. But in all of them, it is primarily a skin cutting procedure that moves the undelying breast mound and nipple around the overlying skin that has been excised, redraped over the uplifted breast mound and closed. The resulting scar patterns are either limited to just around the areola and also extending downward into the lower breast crease.
