Boy, am I glad I found this site! In 2003 I had saline implants put in under the muscle when I was 26 years old. I went from a 34B to a full C. I've since had 2 children and I breastfed both of them with no troubles. Initially, I was very happy with my results, but over the past 6 years or so (since having children) my feelings have changed. I was never really unhappy with my smaller 34B's.... more
