My Breasts Are Too Far Apart, Will a Breast 'Lift' Help?

I'm a 10D or 8DD and feel they are too far apart, I can fit 3 fingers in the middle before the tissue begins to thicken. They are not saggy at all and I'm happy with the size. Is there such a thing as a breast lift inwards? How much would this cost and what are the options/complications? They look amazing in a push up bra but in a bikini they dissappear out the sides, any info would help :)

A: Breast Lifts Will Not Create Cleavage

The definitive answer is that no form of a breast lift is going to create cleavage or lessen the sternal space between the breast mounds. This is what bras can do as you have observed.

Options to Fix Asymmetrical Cheekbone?

i have Asymmetrical cheekbones, one is higher than the other.so i am wondering if there is any way to fix it .also i want cheeks implants ,but am scared if i get them done the asymmetry of my cheeks will be more obvious!? pleas i need an expert opinion.

A: Modified and Custom Implants For Asymmetrical Cheeks

The first question is to determine which cheek bone you prefer, the higher or the lower one? I will assume that you prefer the higher one. Your options would be to either custom carve a single implant for the lower cheek (if you only seek symmetry) or do cheek implants for both sides which are different in size and shape. (if you desire cheek augmentation as well) This will require a surgeon who is facile with such manipulations to both get symmetry and the desired facial effect. The most definite option would be to get a 3-D CT scan and have a skeletal model made. Then the implants could be shaped and modified beforehand so you would be absolutely certain the final cheek results are symmetric.

Is It Safe To Get a Rhinoplasty Plus Breast Lift At Once?

I am contemplating a rhinoplasty in addition to my scheduled breast lift. My plastic surgeon said it would be safe to do both and would start with the breast lift under twilight sedation, then move on to the rhinoplasty switching to general anethesia. Is this common and low risk on a healthy adult?

A: Rhinoplasty And Breast Lift Surgery Done Together

Both a rhinoplasty and any form of cosmetic breast surgery can be safely done at the same time. Both can be performed under general anesthesia. There would be no benefit to doing sedation for one procedure and general anesthesia for the other.
