Pulsed Dye Laser While on Accutane?

There has been a rise in the number of practices using v beam pulsed dye laser to treat post acne redness while patients are still on accutane. results are promising. I found support in an article on the candela laser website. Any other practitioners who agree to this and is practicing this? I am wondering whether i should go for it.

It is that 2-3 percent get a horrible scar when on accutane.  Most of the time you dodge the bullet, but occasionally it is going to hit you.

Restylane or Juvederm for Under Eye Line/indentation?

im only 27 and have very deep under eye line/indentation stemming from my eye way down to my cheek. it makes my face appear to sag. for my case, would restylane or juvederm work? or wld i need a cheek lift to correct it? it doesnt have to be completely gone, but i'd like it to be much less noticeable.

It can do wonders if injected by an experienced injector.  From the picture you submitted I suspect that you will need 3 or 4 syringes however ( it can get expensive).   I don't see the grey/blue blebs described below when the filler is injected correctly into  the deep dermal area.

What Could Have Caused a Tiny Hole/dent in my Skin After Botox?

I had botox treatment almost 2 weeks ago and have noticed a tiny dent or hole on the surface of my skin, above my right eyebrow,right where the needle goes in. It is perfectly shaped like a puncture from the injection. I never had that in my previous treatments. Now I wonder if that might happen again, and what caused it? It's not going away and looks like a permanent mark from the injection, and I can even feel it going inwards a little. Thank you so much, doctors, for any advice and/or explanation!

It is probably that you noted the dilated pore or comedone after the botox injection.  I would visit your doctor/ botox injector and share your concerns however.
