Full Tummy Tuck or Mini Tummy Tuck for Flat Belly? I want to make sure I get great results. I want a beautiful flat belly. I want to be able to wear my sexy two piece bikinis again. Which between full tummy tuck and mini tummy tuck should I get done? I am 5'3 and I weigh 113 lbs.

A: Consider abdominoplasty

From the photo and without exam, I would agree with the full abdominoplasty consideration. This will remove the largest amount of excess skin and tighten the abdominal muscles. The only continued issue may be the stretch marks you presently have above the unbilicus as these will not be removed. Discuss this with your surgeon.
