Will Tuberous Breasts Dramatically Affect Breast Augmentation Cost?

A: Your breast asymmetry and appearance would be improvedFrom the photograph, any tuberous consideration is very mild and would likely be notably improved with implant placement and a conservative release of the breast base. I do not feel that this would add a large cost to the procedure. I would think your overall appearance be nicely enhanced.
800cc Breast Implant Replacement Possible for Second Surgery?
I had Breast Augmentation surgery in Aug'09 and went from 36A to a 36D, silicone, under the muscle. I have 550 cc's in left & 500 in right breast. I also had tuberous breasts & had a mastopexy done. I would like to go bigger and would like to get 800cc implants. Is this possible for me? My doc said that 500 cc is the biggest that I could have b/c I had minimal breast tissue (No kids). Is it possible for me to get 800cc after skin is stretched from the first surgery & how long do I wait?
A: Breast implant exchange is possibleYes, exchange would be possible although as the implant size increases so does the relative complication rate. This in terms of unnatural appearance, and late skin and breast envelope changes after gravity and stretching. Of course, no firm opinion cannot be given without consultation and evaluation of the present siuation and underlying anatomic considerations. Hope this helps.
Can 300cc or 275cc Breast Implants Give Same Effect As 325cc?
I'm scheduled to get a breast augmentation this Wednesday and am still wondering if I chose the correct size. I'm 5'7", 123 lbs. I'm a small A with 30" chest diameter. Usually wear 34A. I'd like to be a small C and chose 325cc moderate pluse unders. I'm wondering if 300cc or even 275cc would be a better choice, or would that be too small for my height and chest width? Just looking for input. Thank you!
A: The breast implant size seems appropriateFrom your photo, height and general chest wall shape, I would agree that 325 moderate plus profile seems a good choice. The breast base diameter is key and if in approximation to the implant all would be ideal! Hope this helps.
