Will Local Anesthesia to Remove a Mole On My Chest Puncture my Breast Implant? I have mole on the inner breast cleavage area and need to have it removed. Is there any chance they will puncture or pop my breast implant by using a small needle to numb to area? I am very worried and don't want to take any chances of them doing this , but also afraid of having skin cancer?

Most doctors can inject the skin around the mole without any problems. If you are concerned, see a plastic surgeon who will feel more comfortable doing it. The risk of damaging the implant is minimal.
