Hinsdale Ultherapy reviews
100% of Hinsdale reviewers said Ultherapy was worth it
I recently got Ultherapy, a few weeks ago. I was very nervous of adverse effects, but I'm noticing dropping eyebrows and hooded lids and thought a non-surgical brow lift would be a good solution. Patient satisfaction of Ulthera is much higher than Thermage, and it is actually FDA approved. It was done by a RN who is also an esthetician. I took 1/2 a vicodan and a whole xanex. The pain wasn't... more
I'm a pretty young-looking 48 (cripes, doesn't everyone say that? I really have taken care of myself though, honestly), but I was feeling pretty bad about my "new" jowling and under-chin laxity. Neither was bad but they made me feel really old and really undermined my confidence. I want to get a facelift and know where I will go (probably in 1-2 years), but I don't have the $$ yet, so I... more
I had this procedure a week ago. The areas addressed were lower face (from cheekbones to chin) and neck ( from chin to clavicle). This procedure was not painless, in fact when going anywhere near jawbone or cheekbones it was more painful. Two probes are used. First goes deep on entire treatment area, second goes less deep and is less painful. It feels like a tattoo needle accompanied by... more
I had Ultherapy for my eyes done today. The nurse applied a numbing cream, and there was a little pain--but not unbearable, as it lasts for a second or two. The procedure was completed very quickly, and the skin under my eyes looks 10 times better already. I am looking forward to the continued results. Go to an experienced MD, like I did. more
I was going to sign up for lifestyle lift until I read the horror stories here on RealSelf. So after seeing the 74% success rate here for Ultherapy I decided to give it a try. The procedure set me back $3500 for face and neck. Was extremely painful, they told me to take 800 MG of Ibuprofin 1 hour prior to the procedure which is 4X normal dose. That did little to alleviate intense pain I felt... more
I am thrilled with the results of my Ultherapy Treatment that I had in July. I could see some tightening around the jaw line within a few days. Since then it has continued to improve,my jaw line and neck look fabulous! I'm 59, my face and neck looks like it did in my 40's. I took 800 mg. of ibuprofen before the procedure. I only had a few zingers around the hairline temple area, other then... more
I had my second round of Ulthera a week ago (lower face and neck). I can't say that I got dramatic results from the first round, but the results were good enough that I wanted to do more. I did not see immediate results with the first round. Actually, I didn't really see results until pretty close to the three month mark. I noticed some skin tightening, but I really noticed a nice... more
I am 50 years old and choose ultherapy as it is a non-invasive option to tighten skin beginning to show the affects of aging. Two observations: 1) It was incredibly painful (7 or 8 on a 1-10 scale). Pain experienced only during the procedure. I was offered medication as an option during the consult, but was told it was only an anti-anxiety not a pain solution, so I opted out. 2) I... more
