I had 2 c sections in my mid to late 30's and 4 years later I cannot get rid of the skin below my belly button. I am trying to decide if I am a better candidate for lipo alone, lipo with mini or a full tummy tuck. There are so many options with smart lipo which tightens the skin. I would like to avoid surgery but not sure what would give me the best result with the smallest risk.
Absolutely get a tummy tuck and not liposuction. Liposuction will only make the skin more loose. A tummy tuck removes excess skin and tightens the muscles.
I'm looking into getting laser liposuction, but I'm worried about getting this procedure before I have children. If I get pregnant after getting this done, will it all be in vain? Will I re-gain all the weight I lost?
I remain quite skeptical as to what can be achieved with laser-assisted liposuction. We do a great deal of laser treatments, a great deal of liposuction, and a great deal of abdomioplasties (tummy-tucks). Your best bet is to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon.
