Options For Nose That is Still Too Wide/fat After a Year? (photo)

Just after rhinoplasty my nose is fat, of course... But a couple things were done that will still make it wider permanently... This bridge was flattened... and, the tip was deprojected If it's still too wide after a year, might I do alar base reduction? Also, is it possible to give the bridge less of a 'flat' look without having the long recovery/swelling of a full rhinoplasty? I'd like to do whatever to make it more narrow without the long recovery. I can't handle a long recovery again.

A: Swelling After Surgery

There are dozens of possible outcomes and treatments based on your result. You are still early in recovery and you need to be patient at a minimum you should wait  6 months.

Slightly Asymmetric Nose Job, Several Years After Surgery, What Options do I Have?

I had a nose job a few years back on Harley Street to remove the bump, and I'm largely happy with it. One side of it however, is very slightly bulbous. It only notices from a very specific angle, but bothers me - is there any that can be done?

A: asymmetry after rhinoplasty

If there is substantial asymmetry before surgery it is typically improved but it is never perfect after surgery. With regards to your case please provide photos.

Is Graft Removal Hard and Can it be Done with Local Anesthesia??

my grafts from rib grafts were sutured in my nose... would it be "Easy" or hard to remove it? could it be gone local anesthesia? can it be done opened or closeD?

A: revision of grafts after Rhinoplasty

Revision  or removal of grafts can be performed after Rhinoplasty. As to weather it can be accomplished under local that depends of where and how the grafts were placed and secured.
