I thoroughly checked several Chicago doctors. Dr. Horn had excellent references, great staff, all the proper certifications and I just liked everyone there. He definately knows what he's doing.

Dr Horn is a very experienced Dr. I was impartial with the star ratings, because he really isn't a people person. I mean, he did an excellent job, but he's very shy (to me) and that can be taken the wrong way. His staff and nurse are GREAT! Very elegant facility. I just don't like that I've seen him for a total of about 10 minutes from the consultation up until a week after my surgery. Update: I had an unrelated stomach problem, which caused me to have another surgery--my gallbladder being removed. Dr. Horn was the best! I first thought my tt had went wrong, but even after I found it it wasn't, he called me personally to check up on me, and even called my Dr so they could discuss the relation between the two surgeries.

I love the whole team. From the time I went in they were wonderful. My Dr called to follow up and so did his nurses. The surgery center called as well. I highly recommend him!

Dr Horn appears to be a little shy so he may not spend alot of time with you but overall he is very professional and did an excellent job. He even gave a courtesy call the same evening after my tummy tuck to check on me. The nurse and his staff also called me after my surgery to make sure I was okay and asked if I had any questions. This doctor and his staff is superb!!!! I will defintely refer him to others.

As far as I can tell, this doctor is quiet. First time I went to see him, he seemed tired. But there was something very approachable and humble about him. I saw him again a few months later and he was more smiley and again answered all my questions. I chose to go with him because I liked his before and after pictures of African-American patients than all the other doctors. His staff is just very friendly and nice. You don't feel they are being pretentious or forced. His nurse is very knowledgeable and encourages you not to hold back and questions for the PS. Never had to wait too long for an appt. Payment process was easy... In person or online. I have paged the PS twice after surgery to ask questions and he calls back right away. Waiting to see how the post-op appt will go.

I've been searching for cosmetic surgeon in Chicago for two months. I was asking my friends for references, calling the doctors etc., but after reading some great reviews about Dr. Horn and meeting him persoanlly I decided to let myself in his hands. I wanted breast augmenation and Dr. Horn and his team offered me great price and were taking great care for me during the whole procedure. I really appreciate that the doctor explained to me the advantages and disadvantages of the different types of implants.

I found Dr. Horn through an internet search of plastic surgeons in Chicago. After looking through his before and after photos, his background, and testimonials, i felt this was definitely a doctor I could trust.
