Bahram Ghaderi, MD

I went to see Dr Ghaderi about some bulges on my hips. No matter how much weight I lost they would not go away. I was scared to have surgery because I had a blood clot. Dr. G was very patient and listened to my concerns. He was very conservative during my surgery and took the most conservative precautions when it came to make sure that I had good blood flow. The surgery looks amazing. He did a fantastic job. Really a wonderful surgeon.

I’ve been wanting to get a breast augmentation for at least 3 years (where I seriously considered it) otherwise I’ve always been uncomfortable about the size and shape of my breasts. I have slight tuberous breasts components. But not bad enough for my surgeon to want to do anything extra about it. I got my surgery today at 7AM! I will post before pics and progress pics along the way cause following everyone else’s reviews are really helped! So far my pain has been minimal. I woke up after surgery and my pain level was maybe at 3.5 almost 4. They gave me pain meds and it went down to 2. I’ve been on top of taking my pain meds cause the pain was my biggest fear. I think by being ahead of it it has really kept the pain at bay. There’s mostly just a tight feeling and slight pressure but I was pleasantly surprised how not bad I feel! (I am still on pain meds so forgive any typos there might be) My surgeon was Dr. Ghaderi in st. Charles and he was amazing. Him and is team made me feel so comfortable and at ease through this entire process and I’m sure that will continue. My first post-op appointment is tomorrow and 4:30pm. I’m still on pain meds so forgive any typos that I don’t catch, otherwise I will continue to post updates and if anyone has any questions please ask!

Dr. Ghaderi from start to finish was very professional and his results speak for themselves. I had a tummy tuck with flank lipo in August of 2017. During my consultation, he told me what was possible in terms of outcomes and what was not possible. He is very to the point and will not bs you. He will tell you, "Expect improvement, not perfection." Scheduling my surgery was easy and his staff was very helpful. His first priority was my safety. I stayed the night in the hospital after my surgery and I am so thankful that's what he wanted. Pain management was key and the hospital staff was professional and friendly too. Follow-up appointments were easy and he always went over any concerns I had. Thankfully, I had zero complications and I healed very well. I would and have recommended Dr. Ghaderi to anyone looking for a professional, skilled, kind and caring plastic surgeon.

Dr Ghaderi is best. He has provided excellent care. He answers all questions and responds quickly to phone calls. We have had some setbacks, but he stays even keeled. I would recommend him. I love the size and shape of new breasts.

From the start Dr. Ghaderi was very professional and responsive to my concerns . I felt his confidence and comfort thru out the entire process. I know he truly cares. The staff is just wonderful . I feel like a new woman.

Although I am only two weeks post op I felt the need to write this review . I have been so happy with my procedure results so far . The staff at Dr.Ghaderi office is top notch. Most importantly Dr. Ghaderi really cares about his patients. He has been honest with me about what to expect. He also made sure my husband was well informed on my home recovery needs.. I would recommend him to anyone thinking of getting a tummy tuck .

Dr Ghaderi makes sure his patients have every question answered and all aspects of the surgery are completely explained from start to finish. I felt completely at ease, cared for and comfortable every step of the way and am very happy with my results! I would recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent cosmetic surgeon!

Dr. Ghaderi is the best! I am delighted with the results of my facelift. Before the procedure, Dr. Ghaderi took time to answer all my questions thoroughly, making me feel very comfortable. He has also provided me with excellent after care follow-up, and I have been very happy with the surprisingly easy recovery from the surgery. His staff, Dale, Monica, and Gabrielle were also very supportive - an excellent team! If you are looking for an outstanding plastic surgeon, I highly recommend Dr. Ghaderi - he's the absolute best! 

Dr. Ghaderi was my 5th consult for a tummy tuck. After talking with him for a few minutes I knew I didn't have to look any further. His whole demeanor put me at ease. He is extremely honest and realistic. He will not promise you results that aren't attainable. He will frequently remind you to have reasonable expectations. Patient safety and good outcomes are his highest priorities. I think he out-did himself this time because my results are unbelievably fabulous and I'm still healing. His office staff are awesome too. They genuinely care about you. You will not find another practice or doctor like this around here. Updated on 6 Mar 2016: After having my second daughter and losing all of the baby weight, I knew my stomach was going to be a big issue. I had skin that was hanging low, there was a hood over my belly button and no matter what I did, it would not budge. Having my third daughter just added insult to injury. No matter how hard I worked out, the shape of my stomach was the same. I was boxing, lifting weights and doing a ton of core exercises. I went for it and so far everything is going great. I've listened to everything my surgeon has told me to do. Recovery is much longer than I originally planned on(I've been home for 2 weeks. I planned on 1) but I don't want any complications so I'm being on good behavior. PS- compare the moles on my stomach in the before and after pics. Updated on 6 May 2016: Updated on 5 Feb 2017: I feel fabulous! I still do not regret a thing. I had a textbook surgery and recovery. I'm looking forward to rocking a bikini this summer for the first time ever!!

I'm 25 years old and I decided to get a breast augmentation to improve my self-image and make my chest proportional to my body. I've always been flat and felt like a child wearing her mothers bra, I wore a 34A bra but I've never been able to fill it out. I was very nervous about the whole thing, mostly the surgery just because I had never had a big surgery before- but that was the easiest part by far. I decided to go with 250ccs filled to 275, round, saline. This size boosted me to a full b cup/small c and it's exactly what I wanted. I went with saline just because I felt more comfortable with it. I'm very pleased with my results, exactly how I had hoped they would be!
