Had twins, now my belly looks like shown. Considering ‘having it fixed’/improved. Not so much concerned about belly’s flatness (or lack thereof), it’s more the extra and torn skin I’d like to get rid of! Is it possible to fix this? Would that be a full TT, or mini? I keep reading a mini TT doesn’t do much/doesn’t take out enough skin, on the other hand I’ve seen those hip2hip scars from full TTs that .. aren’t overly pretty either. I do have a C-sec scar though, could the surgeon work w this?
Given the degree of muscle laxity and sikn excess both below and above teh bellly button, only a full tummy tuck will satisfy. The scar can be kept low at the current C-section level.

In addition to tuck, lipo was preformed although not sure it should have been as I was NOT over weight. I am 5'4 114 lbs and mostly was concerned about lax skin and diastisis. Following sx, I am not smooth. My stomach is lumpy and I have swelling near suture line. In addition I now have lax skin above belly button. Is this correctable? I have had one consult and was told I needed a full tummy tuck and I am not willing to do that. Is the lumpiness due to over lipo and will that fat redistribute?
Lumpiness and loose skin after mini tummy tuck can happen with oversuctioning, though inadequate skin reduction is more often the cause. It is correctable with a full tummy tuck to address the upper abdominal skin excess.

I am soon looking into a tummy tuck but I do not have all the lose skin allot of other women have but looks like my ab muscles are messed up allot higher then a mini tummy tuck would cover any insight you can give me would be great thanks :)
You do not have a lot of excess skin. You do not need a full tummy tuck. The muscles (fascia) can be tightened all of the way up to the chest bone (xiphoid process) with a mini tuck.
