I have been doing several treatments for mesotherpay for hair loss and i dont find any result, my normal hair is falling more.
I am not aware of any meidcally proven or valdated product which when injected subcutaneously will promote hair growth other than topical application of minoxidil. There are certain hormonal conditions in which unwanted hari growth is an undersireable side effect but this is generally not applicable to localized control.
I had silicone injected in my cheeks years ago and I got fat recently, making my face so round and my cheeks bulkier than before. Would mesotherapy have a bad reaction to the silicone injected?
Mesotherapy, although widely practiced, is unregulated and not standardized. I have seen many patients with complaints about the results and would strongly advise that you avoid this treatment particularly in the face.
In my comment earlier today, I provided a reference that shows that these products, not currently aprroved by the FDA, have been banned or restricted in Brazil, Canada, and the UK. That should raise some eyebrows.

I'm thinking about getting Mesotherapy, and the medical spa that I went to told me that it isn't FDA approved. Would you suggest that I get it?
ASAPS or ASPS do not endorse or recommend any mesotherapy regimens at this point in time. Many different options or combinations or medications are currently being investigated but the indications, techniques and safety are not completely established. Therefore most board certified plastic surgeons are reluctant to institute this practice. Clearly, we all understand the appeal but it has yet to become an established intervention in our community.
