i had rhinoplasty a year ago.i ended up with a overly narrow tip.my main issue is that my lips have changed.one of my most beautiful feature.they look pushed out its hard to explain and no where near as pretty as they used to look.i told him i didnt want my tip raised and it doesnt look like he did raise the tip but he seemed to have shaved my collumellar too much is that what could be causing my lip to look different?i am so upset.i work as a model and feel now my career is over because of this
Hi!
Thank you for your question.
It is difficult to provide you with an accurate diagnosis without a
consultation or at least a photograph. On that note, revisional
rhinoplasty is very much possible. I would recommend doing your
research and consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon that
has much experience in rhinoplasties.
Good luck!

How often is the fat reject after a lip injection?
I use whatever donor site the patient wants. Normally it is the abdomen. I have never had a rejection but some of the fat will resorb. It is not uncommon to need an extra injection to get the desired result. There is a lot of motion in the lips so the fat take is variable.
I had a lip injection in my upperlip on the 19the of august. The one side of my lip i like very much. But the other side has a sort of 'blister' and a lump that goes right in to my mouth. I can feel it when i rub my tongue over it. I just have mailed my ps how we can help this. What do you think this is? On the first pic I hold my mouth a little bit to the back because you can see the thickness. On the second one you can see the uneveness. I hope I can get them symmetrical.....
It is not uncommon to have some asymmetry at first. If the filler was hyaluronic acid then hyaluronidase can be injected to bring the swelling down. If fat is used then it almost always evens out with time. You need to recontact your surgeon, because the correction should be quite simple and rewarding.
