Is It Difficult to Hide Hair Restoration Surgery?

I'm almost 24 and have a receding hairline. I talked to a doctor about it and I should get about 1400 grafts. I don't appear to be losing hair in any other area and the rest of my scalp has thick hair. I'm curious in my case since I have a good amount of hair, is it possible for me to get the surgery and no one be able to tell I had the procedure the day before? I don't want anyone to be able to tell I had the procedure done.

A: Hiding hair transplants

There may be some scabbing immediately after the procedure.  It may be difficult to hide the procedure for the first 3-4 days but after that you should not be able to tell that anything was done.

What to Do with Bald Patch After Facelift?

I have a bald patch above my ear and slightly in front of each. Its like the sideburn is higher and almost gone. I had a very weak hairline before my facelift. The other side is fine. What can be done to rectify this?

A: Follicular hair transplant is the best method

Hair loss after face lifting is a rare but known complication. It occurs mostyl because of the injury to the hair follicules during the procedure or is a result of  procedure that unfortunately moved hairline in the wrong drection. Although sometimes it can be corrected surgically by a revision, in most case hair is missing and has to be transplanted. The best method is calle FUE Neograft procedure . Neograft allows for hair to be transplanted with creating yet another scar on you scalp.

Criteria For Choosing A Hair Transplant Doctor/Clinic? I'd Like a More Youthful Hairline. (photo)

I am a 42 year old male who has a stable but receeded hairline (no changes in the past 8 years). I would like to return / fill-in my hairline in the top corners, perhaps even a small amount front & center. With the primary goal of a uniform, youthful and optimal natural hairline. (Something along the lines of David Boreanaz/David Beckham) How should I go about finding a competent doctor in my region for surgery, what should I ask and what level of transplants grafts should I expect? Thank you

A: FUE Neograft transplantation is the way to go

I would only consider FUE/Neograft procedure in your situation. Judging from the hairstyle that you like deciding on the STRIP procedure would be a big mistake. Your scar will be visible for the rest of your life. If you decide on FUE procedure donor site from the Neograft is undetectable even if you shave your hair. And you have plenty of donor hair to advance your hairline. Look for an experienced Neograft doctor in your area
