A: Labial swelling and vaginal bleeding after BBL

The swelling of the labia is common after Brazilian Buttock Lift. It is not common to have vaginal bleeding but what you are seeing may be tumescent fluid mixed with blood, coming from one of the incisions and dripping on to the pad. This should stop within 2-3 days.

Bumped Nose Post Revision Rhinoplasty, Could I have Done Damage?

Last night I held my 4 month year old nephew for the first time since my surgery (11 weeks ago) and he accidently threw back his head and hit my nose pretty hard with it! It hurt all night last night and kind of swelled up a little, so now I'm so worried that it caused damage. He hit the lower portion of my nose, which is pretty hard still, so could he have caused harm to my new nose? My surgeon is too far for me to visit and I'm so worried right now! It still looks straight but very swollen!

A: Can post op trauma to nose create a deformity

It is possible that this type of trauma post op, could create a deformity. It is likely that it would create some swelling. The fact that it looks straight, is a good sign. Just make sure you inform your surgeon and follow up with him as per your scheduled appointment. If you notice any deformity, Then contact your surgeon immediately.

Do I Need a Breast Lift or Only Implants? (photo)

I was overweight when I was younger and have lost 55lbs since. My breasts were never large to begin with and at this point have lost even more volume and are saggy which makes me extremely insecure. Once I reach my weight loss goal (15lbs to go) I plan to get my breasts augmented though I am not sure if I only need implants or if I should get implants with a lift. Any recommendations?

A: Breast lift or implants only

I definitely think you will get the best result with an augmentation and breast lift. Your breasts are too small and your areolae are too low to get a great result with one or the other of the above procedures.
