Alloderm for Scar Tissue planning to use alloderm for scar tissue here is question, if I use 375size implant what could be an alloderm size? how long it could be? is it matter by size?

Could Alloderm Sheets Be Placed to Improve Central Neck Deformity After Defatted Neck? I had microliposuction to my neck & submental areas & ended up with a totally defatted neck. I am 9 weeks post lowerface/neck lift with corset platysmoplasty. I look much improved, but have a small deformity from the lack of fat. I realize these are early days, but could these sheets be surgically placed to reduce the harshness of the neck?

A: AlloDerm for neck deformity

AlloDerm may work but is costly and may not last a long time. A fat injection may be less expensive and will replace the fat that is missing.
