How Long Does Juvederm Ultra Plus Last in Lips?

About how long does Juvederm ultra plus last in lips?

A: Juvederm Ultra Plus for Lips lasts about 1 year

Juvederm Ultra Plus is not yet FDA approved for the lips, but in fact, it works very well if done properly. It is very hydrophilic (spongelike) and so there is need for conservatism when injecting, and not placing the product too superficially, since blebs can occur. Molding the lips after injection is also important. Results last 9 to 18 months, averaging about 1 year.

Getting Revision Rhino Next Month, Wondering if It's Worth Getting a Small Chin Implant? (photo)

I am getting revision rhinoplasty to fix a bad job caused my septum to totally collapse. Also the original work made it way to feminine. I know it's not easy to just imagine, but the nose is just going to be more of a right triangle as a opposed to the slide it is now. When I look at my profile i notice that harmony between my chin and nose is minimal, and I fear that after surgery the chin will look even smaller. Would it make sense to get a chin implant?

A: profile suggests it may help to have a chin implant

Your photos are not of the quality I would like to see, but if the nasal profile is going to be strengthened, then a relatively weak chin will be futher weakened in relation to the nose. Talk to your surgeon and consider computer imaging.

Benilli Lift on Just One Breast?

After nursing, one breast was slightly more stretched out than the other, as was the size of the areola. My PS said that he would make one implant slightly more filled to even this out, but its been a couple years after surgery and one side is still about a half an inch lower and has a wider areola. Could this be corrected with a Benilli lift on just one breast?

A: One-sided Breast Lift

This is a great question. This question can only be properly answered after a personal evaluation. It does sound like a concentric(Benelli) mastopexy could be the ticket. However, that side sounds like it was already looser than the other side and it could relax again even after a proper surgical procedure. I hope this helps.
