Is There a Way for Me to Have Closer Breasts Without the Aid of a Push Up Bra? (photo)

I'm 1 month PO. I adore my new breasts! I love the size and shape. They are so close to perfection. All I wish is for them to be a wee bit closer together, without the aid of a push up bra. Are larger/wider implants the only option? I would feel comfortable going slightly larger, but cost is an issue. Please note I do praise the surgeon. He is very highly renowned. I understand he's done a fabulous job & that my anatomy may be making it difficult to achieve very close breasts. Thnk you.

A: Perfection after breast augmentation

So close to perfection is about as close as you should try to get. Your breast will continue to improve over time, and it is not realistic to think that your 'natural' breast will not need different bras for different occasions and seasons.

How Do I Know Which CC's Will Look Ok On My Body? (photo)

I am 5'7 1/2 and weigh 180 pounds. I currently wear a 36B and recently went to a consultation. I tried on 375cc's and thought it may be too big. My doctor said no, and encouraged me to go bigger. I'm unsure what will look good? I ultimately want to be a D but I don't want it to look too extreme. But I also don't want to go through with getting 375 or 400cc's and it turn out to be too small. What do you recommend? Help! I have attached my pic along with two pictures I would like to look like.

A: Know what you wish for after augmentation

You are off to a very good start with the photos you posted, and this is what your surgeon should see to know the goal you have. None of us know the cc's until we complete an exam, apply sizers in the OR, and match our goal to what you have given to guide us. You will know the cc's when you get your implant ID card in recovery.

Are my Breast Implants Way Too Far Apart? I'm 1 Month PO. (photo)

It's been one month since my breast augmentation procedure. I'm happy with the size and shape, though I would consider going slightly larger. Part of the reason I would consider going larger is in the hope that the gap between my breasts would be minimised. Changing sizes would cost a great deal of money, which I'm hesitant to go through with. Are there any alternatives? Do you think they are too far apart? Any honest advice would be greatly appreciated.

A: Implants are centered in the breast

You may have wider spacing on your chest, though the implants must be centered under the nipple within the breast envelope to look 'right'. Let yourself heal and settle in for six months or longer before you judge.
