I viewed their website and contacted their office. I must first preface that I am extremely fearful when it comes to needle let alone surgery. Walking into Dr. Shim's office, it was very modern but also welcoming. This was my third consultation and once I met Dr. Shim, I knew that he would be the doctor for me. I feel like I radiate confidence and thank Dr. Shim and his entire staff for helping me look the way that I feel!

I chose Dr. Ching because I saw him on television discussing laser liposuction and having met him the first time, I felt calm and confident that he would be able to help me look and feel younger. I liked that they based my surgery upon my needs rather than just the standard price that I got from a few other doctors.

I am very pleased with my experience at his office! I was referred by a friend, and am so grateful she was right about him. I have never had any work done before (really), so even going for laser hair removal was pretty intimidating. I had heard some horror stories about lasers so I really wanted to make sure I went to a good office. A friend highly recommended Asia Pacific Plastic Surgery (she got breast implants from Dr. Ching and loves them!) Dr. Ching's office was beautiful, the staff were friendly, and everything went smoothly! The aesthetician that did the treatment was very sweet and made me feel as comfortable as could be. I join my friend in honestly highly recommending Dr. Ching's office if you're looking for a good plastic surgeon, or considering getting anything cosmetic done.

I would have like to have seen my surgeon at my post op instead of just the nurse who removed my under eye stitches. I did not see my surgeon until visit number 3 when my staples where removed.

The MD did not perform this treatment. It was done by his so called "trained medical staff". She was not a doctor, nurse practioner or nurse. She informed me she was personally trained by the Zeltiq representative and that is all that is required. No license is necessary. The M.D. validated this information.
