I'm 5'3 and weigh 123 lbs. My PS and I decided on a silicone implant under the crease. I tried a few different sizes wearing only the bra and then with my clothes over the top. Just had the best experience with having a breast augmentation. The procedure was done in a professional atmosphere and postoperatively I was in just slight discomfort.
