No surgeons in my area had the technology at the time, so I did alot of research & spoke w/staff in various plastic surgeons' offices across the U.S. Internet research & great office staff gave me confidence in Dr. Graivier. I scheduled surgery knowing that if for any reason, I did not feel comfortable after meeting him personally; I would pay for his time, pack up & go home. Dr. Graivier & his staff could not have been better or more accommodating. They have arrangements & discounts with a local hotel with a special room for Dr. Graivier's patients. It has a bed with varying elevation levels that is perfect for post-op recovery. The hotel staff also caters to his patients. They are super-nice & will transport patients to & from the doctor's office. I said most of this in the above section, except what I wish I had known prior to surgery. Two things - Was glad I bought 3 compression tops & 3 bottoms. One of the bottoms is a below-the-knee style. Having had surgery on my thighs, I wish I had bought all of them in that style. They are much more comfortable than the above-the-knee style, and you don't have to pull the long ones down over swollen tissues. Secondly, I wish I had anticipated the need to engage the post-op services of Dr. Graivier's nurse, Regina. My Mom & with me, so I didn't think I needed more help. At the end of my surgery, it was apparent that I did need her help. Regina took us back to the hotel in her car, quickly whipped the room up with pads on the beds (for leakage) & pillows expertly arranged, special pads on me & even a high toilet seat that she let me use the whole time I was there. (It can be painful to bend down low.) She or her other nurses were with me for the first 24 hours, & they were a God-send. Regina brought in so many well-though-out items for my comfort that I really appreciated. The service is rather expensive but worth every penny - absolutely superb. You have no idea how much you leak fluids post-op and how many pads you will change. She even went to the store to buy more supplies. I felt badly that she gave up going to a concert with other people to take care of me, but she wouldn't have it any other way. With all the procedures done, I only needed pain medication the night of surgery & the next day. Tylenol from that point on. Very glad for the whole experience. Dr. Graivier gives so much-over & above what is promised, what I expected & what I paid for. He really cares about his patients & wants the best results possible. He is positive, upbeat, friendly, knowledgeable & up-to-date on all the newest technologies, which is exactly what I was looking for. He trains other surgeons on technologies, procedures and how to establish & run a top-notch surgery center. Many of the nurses & staff members have worked with him for 10 years or more, which says alot. I probably sound like a paid reviewer, but I am not & rarely even take time to review anything online.

Would Do It Again - Roswell, GA

In order to move forward with any plastic surgery procedure, one must research, research, research and interview the doctor, feel a connection with the surgeon, that he/she totally understands what you want, and communicate their expert opinion without reservations. He ticked off all the boxes. Dr. G is an innovator in his procedures and teaches all over the world. The first time I went to his office, I sat in the corner very self conscious and wondering if anyone could help me. I was ushered in to the examination room, Dr. G came in to talk to me, he's very kind and read my body language. We discussed until I felt comfortable to put on a gown and have him begin the evaluation. If he hadn't established a connection, along with his staff filling me in on the fabulous transformations he's done, the thoroughness with which his staff comb through pre-op information, I wouldn't be writing this review. Through this pre-op process, I discovered I had some health issues my gp hadn't discovered and referred my to a couple of specialists that helped me. This process saved my life. Though I don't think he walks on water, I feel he is the complete physician.

54 Years Old. Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty with Light Laser and Under General Anesthetic – Atlanta, GA

I don't live in the USA. Dr Graivier was recommended by a doctor friend of a friend in Atlanta. I consulted him for upper bleph and at his suggestion, I went for both upper and lower bleph with light laser on the lower. I loved the way he put it...he said that if you redecorate the kitchen and it turns out great, you regret not doing the breakfast room at the same time! The minute I walked into his office I knew I was going to be in good hands. His staff are welcoming, friendly and professional. It is clear that they respect him and love their jobs. It's a happy place. Dr Graivier is confident, energetic, friendly, professional, witty and above all, a skilled and innovative surgeon. He does not solely do eyes which I was a little concerned about but having discussed the procedure with him, I felt I could trust him. The pre op tests and visit were all arranged with efficiency by his nurses and staff. I was given detailed instructions verbally and in writing, as was my husband. I was intrigued and impressed that I was given Sinecch arnica to take the night before and for 4 days after. The morning of the surgery Catherine the surgical nurse and Michelle the anesthesiology nurse, put me at ease right away. Dr Graivier marked me up with a pen ( one eye more than the other as it needed more attention) and off we went. I came to with no ill effects; my husband again, had been given detailed post op instructions verbally and in writing. We followed those to the letter. Because I had laser treatment I was seen by Dr G and Jill, his skin care professional again 3 days later. The staff were all so pleased by my progress after 3 days that I almost felt like I had won an award! As for aftercare, I saw him again, exactly one week after surgery, when I had my sutures taken out. He reassured me that I was progressing normally. I was concerned about blurry vision in one eye and a feeling of hardness under my eyes. Most of all I was concerned about flying home. He reassured me and gave me further information as to how things would progress. Two weeks post op I can say everything is as he said and I am comfortable that I will heal as he has promised. He gave me a prescription for a steroid for my blurry vision which I have not filled yet as I hope it will improve by itself, given time. It says a lot for his confidence in his own skill and my progress that he does not need me to fly back for a one month follow up unless I feel the need to. I will make that decision in a few weeks. My experience was great. I'm now 5 month post and will try to do a full review at 6. On this post. For people in Georgia considering bleph or other surgery ...Dr G is skilled and fabulous and his staff are wonderful. I have not been able to visit as I live overseas....but they have responded to all my needs and queries and I can't wait to see them all later in the year to show them my new eyes, in person.

Belotero Magic by Dr. Miles Graivier - Atlanta, GA

I got a syringe of Belotero for my under eye... 12 Mar 2015 3 months post I got a syringe of Belotero for my under eye crinkles, as well as my jowls, and lip lines. The stuff is magic! More to the point, what Dr. Graivier does is magic! It is very easy to overfill with this (though there is a dissolver), but Dr. G. does it just right! You just look younger and less wrinkled/saggy; no one can tell that got you just got "shot-up" at the plastic surgeons'! I also got a touch of Botox or Dysport, cause Dr. G. had a special on it. He can put it around your eyes, so they crinkle less, and your brow is lifted, plus still put it in your forehead creases to smooth them out, as well. A leading dermatologist in town told this could not be done; that it would cause your brows to droop if you smoothed out your brow with it. Needless to say, Dr. Graivier does what the others can not! Lots of people on his staff have had surgical procedures, as well as facial injections, and they all look much younger than their years. I give him--and sun avoidance--the credit for people continually guessing my age at 20 years my junior!
