This visit was pretty extraordinary. I went in for a (relatively) inexpensive Botox treatment, and the doctor sat with me for almost a half hour. I've had this procedure around the country and have never had such a relaxing and ultimately satifying experience, both in terms of service and cosmetic results.

Dr. Kavali performed my mini-tummy tuck 2 years ago. During the one consultation that I scheduled initially for liposuction she insisted that I needed a tummy tuck. The procedure was performed at a Surgery Center in Buckhead by Dr. Kavali and a nurse;Dr. Kavali allowed the nurse to close the incision which know looks like someone literally used a needed and tread and sewed in utilizing a knitting technique. Even after two years the scar is still thick, dark and hideous, it is so bad that another Board Certified Plastic Surgeon referred to it as "barbaric." I made contact with Dr. Kavali to determine if she would be willing or able to do anything about it and received an email from her office manager stating that since I am unhappy with the work of Dr. Kavali they recommend that I seek the expertise of another Plastic Surgeon. I would not recommend this women to anyone and would advise all considering her to beware!

Dr K really cares about her patients and so does her staff. She is a very honest PS and doesn't try to give you misleading expectations. She spends as much time with you as needed to answer all of your questions. Her PAs are amazing!
