A: A properly executed browlift or forehead lift will not leave you looking "bugeyed".

Most women will benefit most from an endoscopic browlift because only a modest amount of lifting is needed. This practically guarantees that overcorrection will not happen due to the limitations of the operation relative to raising the brow. A: Browlift vs. endoscopic browlift

A formal browlift involves an incision over the entire top of the head (ear to ear). It has the advantage of allowing a lot of lifting but the disadvantage of an area of anesthesia of the scalp behind the incision and on the top of the scalp for a very long time, if not permanent.

An endoscopic browlift is performed through separate, non-connected incisions and usually does not result in long term anesthesia of the scalp. It's main disadvantage is that only a modest amount of lifting can be achieved ( which is okay for most patients).
