Does a chin implant move around or is it secured?
Implants may be secured by suture or in some cases bone screws depending on the type of implant. In some instances the pocket made for the implant will hold it in the right position. In terms of shape, does a Medpor chin implant differ greatly from an Implantech extended anatomical? I think an Implantech would give me a more feminine contour, but my PS swears by Medpor.

I had a chin implant over two weeks ago and the swelling has gone down, though I am struggling to close my lips and look like I am sucking candy when I do. Will this improve? Could it be that my rhinoplasty pulled my upper lip upwards and the chin implant pulled my lower lip downwards?
