I am a 29 year old female wanting to eliminate my mild to moderate cellulite. I heard of a treatment that in the works that will completely get rid of this problem. Wondering the name of this procedure and when might it be be available?
I am unaware that any treatment modality changes "cellulite" in a positive way. At conventions, there are reps with claims for succesful techniques (usually requiring a devise that costs 10's of thousands of dollars). They never have any scientific evidence to support their claims.

The name of the product should probably be "money-pit". There is no cure for cellulite. There are only temporary treatments to reduce its appearance. If a real cure came along, we would be following it through scientific studies long before it came to market...there is no such cure, unfortunately.
I've been reading a lot about cellulite recently, and I'm trying to understand it better. What do you think about using ultrasound for cellulite? If indeed the main cause of cellulite is reduced circulation (caused by enlarged fat cells), then, does it make sense to use ultrasound on areas where fat deposits?
From what I have read on physiotherapy sites, ultrasound machines promote healthy circulation and tissue conditions by venous stimulation, so it improves tissue vascularisation. I know their main purpose is for muscle injury, however. I have seen (through web searches) that some clinics are using Ultrasound for cellulite, but it doesn't get much publicity and is not as common as procedures like Endermologie or Lipodissolve. So, I'm wondering, what do the experts on this site think? Thanks for your time.
Ultrasound does not effect cellulite-period. I'm not sure that there is any particularly good treatment for the irregulariteis referred to as "cellulite". I have used laser liposuction and there might be some improvement but it certainly does not eliminate the problem. External treatments such as endermologie, Thermage, and so forth are ineffectual-a ripoff.
