My experience with Dr. Messa was amazing. 3 week post op and I look amazing and feel amazing. Easy recovery, amazing results and zero regrets. For years I knew l'd be going to him and I'm so glad I did. He listened to all my concerns and I told him exactly what I wanted and exactly what I did NOT want. I wanted natural and proportionate to my body and that's exactly what he gave me. Clean office and amazing staff. I felt so safe going into my procedure and I'm grateful for him and all of his staff. First to let you know I am a young 71 year old Woman. I have been a repeat patient for Dr. Messa for about 18 years. As I say to him, I am working my way up on my body. After going through Menopause my stomach began to protrude and I couldn't button any pants. I was recommended to Dr. Messa. He preformed a Mini tummy tuck on me. I asked him if I needed a full Tummy tuck and he said NO, a mini will be great. Since I had 2 previous C-sections he actually made my scar barely noticeable. I didn't have any pain what so ever. I was out to lunch 2 days later but followed his advice for a great recovery. My tummy is still flat. Next thing I knew a few years later was my Breast grew into a G/H bra. I refused. to do that so I had a Consolutation with Dr. Messa along with a different surgeon, after seeing a friend of my friends breast after her reduction, I said no way I will stick with Dr. Messa. My Breast Reduction/lift surgery was performed 12 years ago. Every time I go for a Mammogram the technicians said they have never seen such great breasts (after a reduction) and ask for his phone number. 10 years ago I wasn't happy with my neck drooping, I had a consultation with Dr. Messa and with the insistence of friends they asked me to get another consultation which I did, once again I chose Dr. Messa and my friend agreed. The other surgeon wanted to do multiple things to my face that all I wanted was a neck lift. I was 59 at the time. Doctor Messa asked me what bothered me & I told him my sagging neck. He said all you need is a neck lift, he did not recommend any other procedure. My friend that was with me on my consultation said now I know why you trust him. Now 11 years later I didn't like the way my jowls drooped and no matter how many injections of a filler on my Marionette it wasn't getting any better.I wouldn't smile in photos because I went from my natural nice chin to a square smile which I didn't look like myself. Once again I had a consultation with Dr. Messa to discuss a lower face lift. He explained to me that what was happening with my jowls are lack of muscle & gravity sets in. I asked him if I needed anything else done? My eyes or a browlift and he said NO. The lower facelift included my neck up to my cheekbones. I am 3 weeks post op and I have to share with you from surgery day to now, I didn't not experience any pain. My swelling was minimal.Dr. Messa came in the evening of my Surgery to check on me and he was so happy to see me doing so well. The nurses were wonderful to me and gave me a Gold Star. They would say let me know if you need anything for pain, fortunately I didn't. By the way if you stay overnight you have a Private nurse that is right there. The next day My friend that picked me up after I stayed overnight in the Surgical recovery with an overnight nurse was in shocked just how great I looked,. she was expecting to have her hand full but she was amazed how didn't even need a tylenol. She took care of me for 2 days helping me with icing and keeping me fed and comfortable. Every visit I went to to change bandages the nurses were wonderful & kind. I had my first set of stitches removed by a very gentle nurse that made sure I was comfortable. Next came when I had the remainder of the stitches removed and checked out by Dr. Messa to make sure everything was healing properly. His smile was from ear to ear, he said you are doing wonderful. This man (Doctor is so talented.) I told him his work is to perfection and for that I am so grateful to have had such wonderful experiences with Dr. Messa. I highly recommend him for any cosmetic surgery. He treats you as if you are his only patient and listens to every word you say with a joyful smile on his face. On all of my surgeries I recovered Amazingly which I am less than a month out. If you have any surgery follow his pre-op and post op instructions to the letter and you will be so happy. Do not push your self. All of my surgeries have been worth every penny. I wouldn't trust any other Cosmetic surgeon. By the way my Jowls and Marionette lines are gone! Thank you Dr. Messa you are truly talented with a great bedside manner. Even though you have to wait for Consultation and Surgery he is worth the wait!!!

From start to finish a wonderful experience with Dr. Messa and the whole staff. After lots of research I already knew I wanted to have my breast augmentation with Dr. Messa due to his consistently natural-appearing results. During my consult, he was so polite, professional and welcoming which only confirmed my decision. His surgical coordinator was able to work with me to ensure I could have my surgery during the time frame I needed which was so appreciated. My preop appointment with Lily was amazing, she was so kind and thorough and walked me through everything to expect from the surgery and recovery. As a nurse myself, I appreciated her compassion and attention to detail so much. On surgery day, everyone was welcoming and professional and Dr. Messa listened intently to exactly what I wanted for my aesthetic goals. He opted for a 330cc breast augmentation using subfacial approach with silicone implants. On post-op day 1 it was obvious I made the right decision with my surgeon as the results were already stunning. The recovery was so smooth and I was thrilled that he was able to give me the look I wanted without having to also have a lift due to the surgical approach taken. The recovery and pain was very manageable and the instructions and activity restrictions reviewed in detail so no second guessing what to do. I was afraid to have breast surgery after having an altering life change experience with a different surgeon 3 years ago. I finally decided to make an appointment with what it seemed to be the best doctor in the area, Dr. Messa. I was not wrong about that. From the first phone call to my recovery my experience had been nothing but the best. Dr. Messa always made me feel extremely comfortable and reassured me everything was gonna be alright. I scheduled my surgery, had my procedure done and could not be any happier with my results. Dr. Messa put a smile back on my face after all I've been through with past experience from another doctor.

Dr Messa performed a tummy tuck with liposuction around my flanks and I cannot believe how gorgeous it turned out!!! Further, NO pain! That’s right. He and his team help prepare you a month in advance to ensure you’re ready for surgery and a very comfortable recovery. I retuned to work one week later and easily (and safely) followed all post op instructions. The entire team was warm, so incredibly nice and patient to answer all of my questions. Dr Messa himself checks on you often and makes you feel like YOU did the work. I would recommend anyone I know to him and his amazing practice.
