Im 5"2 120lbs, 34A maybe B very saggy completely flat. If I wear a t-shirt no bra and stand to the side you can see nothing. My PS wants me to get 400cc unders and disect medial portion of the muscle. I am a figure competitior and I dont want to be too large and I'm worried about the cutting of my muscle. I only want to be a C. Any advice?
There is typically a range of implant sizes that will expand your breast skin in a pleasing, aesthetic way. However those sizes might appear either too small or too large to you based on your personal preferences or what you think will look good within the competitive arena. Another major concern is just how much sagging skin you have. If you have a significant amount of sagging a breast lift would be essential to creating a natural appearing breast appearance. For most competitive body builders the smaller the breasts, the better. However your overall frame, chest width and the amount of breast skin that needs to have volume replaced. Reviewing photos with your surgeon and trying on implant sizers can help determine the optimal size for you. Best of Luck Dr Harrell
Please advise on the safety and integrity of these particular ones. Also which ones do you consider the Rolls Royce of breast implants? Thanks
Eurosilicone implants are manufactured in France and sold throughout much of the world EXCEPT the United States. Most physicians in the United States will have no real in depth knowledge of these implants. The company has been operation for a number of years and claims to follow all recommended manufacturing standards for their products. The main issue is to avoid the placement of PIP implants. This is another French company whose manufacturing standards are alleged to be below acceptable. A number of patients have suffered ruptured implants and early investigations into the company point to illegal manufacturing processes and corporate wrongdoing. These implants were never approved for use in the U.S. either. I hope this makes things a little more clear. Dr Harrell
I noticed hole a week or so after surgery... only drainage, no pain, no swelling and no fever. Been taking antibiotics with no real improvement but it's not getting worse either.
It is much more likely to have a small localized suture abscess than a deep breast or implant pocket infection. Nonetheless, see your doctor to assess the situation. Suture abscesses are usually treated easily with local care and will resolve quickly. Best of Luck Dr Harrell
