I am getting Perlane on Monday. My wants to inject 2 syringes under my eyes for my flat cheeks. Will this filler also work on crow's feet? Will they get worse or fill out? i am concerned with that. Thank you.
My treament of choice for crow's feet would be Botox. It works excellent in this area. I choose to not use fillers like this in that area.
I was on a cruise.I had perlane-L 1 ml syringe per each side for nasal folds. I was told it would last 2-3 years and 9-12 months for the dysport in my forehead. This seems to differ from information I'm reading on the net. I paid 1600 + 400 for the 2 treatments. The doctor told me she had specific training in the perlane injections and did them in such a way they would last much longer. I'm very happy with the result so far 2 weeks post. What are your thoughts on this? Thanks
Perlane lasts six to twelve months in the nasolabial folds. It may last shorter in more dynamic folds and lines on the face.
Should I be seeing a significant "wearing off" of Perlane injections after only 6 weeks? Had it done for lines on both sides of my mouth and also lines around upper lip. It looked great first couple of weeks but then started wearing off. Now I am starting to see lines around my mouth again. Should it have last longer, or should maybe I have tried a different product like Juvederm? I am 53 years old.
Typically Perlane will last at least 6 months in non dynamic folds. In dynamic folds and around the mouth it usually lasts less. Absorption varies by where injected, technique and by individual patient. Six weeks is shorter than usual.
