Large Nose With Undefined Tip- Is Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty For Me?

i see a lot websites and products for non-surgical rhinoplasty. does that work can you get fillers in you nose to change the shape? I have a long, large around, short undefined tip i want to know if that would help me? thanks

A: Non-surgical rhinoplasty

Fillers are not a good option.  Rhinoplasty depends on the construction of a stable and aesthetically pleasing framework covered by thin soft tissue.  Adding fillers cannot create the delicate angles and ridges needed to create the shadows that we interpret as pleasing nasal contours.

Reducing the Skin Thickness on the Nose Non-invasively

could an alternative to rhinoplasty such as injecting a small amount of steroid into the nasal tip to reduce the thickness of the nasal skin be possible. Or is there a way to defat the skin from the outside through laser? maybe c02?. Or an injection? I like the size of my nose, but when i touch it I can feel that the tip and sides are a bit thick in the skin.

A: Thick nasal skin

If you like the look of your nose there is no reason to consider any type of procedure.  If the skin feels thick but the aesthetic appearance does not need to be changed there is nothing to be gained by injections, surgery, or any other intervention.  Injections can thin the skin and the underlying tissue in an uneven way, can cause ulcers, and may lead to unsightly pigment changes.

Non Surgical Rhinoplasty for Long Skinny Crooked Nose

I am looking into non surgical rhinoplasty but it seems like from what ive read its best for bumps on the nose, thats really not my concern, my nose is to long and bent slighty, would this help correct that, I would like it to look a little less long and straighter? thank you

A: Nonsurgical rhinoplasty vs rhinoplasty

I think you have analyzed your own situation perfectly.  In this age, we are constantly looking for less invasive procedures, to be done during the "lunchtime", and to have no bruising or down time.  But a non surgical Rhinoplasty is best for bumps along the dorsum and cannot take the place of a surgical rhinoplasty, especially for the anatomy you describe.
