“Still Waiting to Be Compensated -...”

I went to Dr Rankin as he was Precertified by my insurance to cover the surgery - my Silicone Implant had ruptured from a mammogram. Still sedated from Surgery and he tells my spouse to pay up front and then he will reimburse when insurance paid. Only $1,000 of $6,000 reimbursed. Not told this prior to surgery.
