Great customer service! Dr. Engel was wonderful and the nurses were amazing and very gentle and helpful! Dr. Engel explained everything to me during consultation. I felt pretty good and comfortable with my decision. The nurses came through with getting me the appointment for breast ultrasound before surgery (which needed to happen before surgery can be done). On day of surgery, my nurse was just excellent!

Dr. Engel was the absolute best through out the process. He was honest, attentive, respectful and did an amazing job! I am over the moon with the results as it was exactly what I hoped for. The entire staff is super friendly and helpful. I couldn't imagine going to any other surgeon and would recommend him to any person that is looking for a great doctor and environment that makes you feel comfortable and confident. In 2009 I lost 100 pounds after being overweight my entire life. My mom put me on Weight Watchers in second grade. So, lifelong struggle. Since 2009, I've gained and lost the same 25 points. My total weight loss today sit at about 75 pounds. The state of my neck has always bothered me and it was finally time to have it taken care of. As I write this, I'm 6 days out and can't believe the results I'm already seeing! Updated on 15 Sep 2021: Day 1 - super swollen, but not in pain, just ton of numbness. My ears feel really weird, I like I’ve been wearing AirPods for 24 hours. Odd feeling to describe, but that the best way I can think of it! Updated on 15 Sep 2021: Day 2 is a lot like Day 1. Swollen a ton in my neck and lymph nodes. Not really in pain per se, just discomfort. The insides of my ears are probably what is bothering me most, I feel like I have had AirPods in my ears for at least 24 hours. It is a strange feeling and hard to describe, but that is the closest analogy I can think of! Updated on 15 Sep 2021: Woah, swelling! Everything is huge today, concentrating on staying still and drinking as much water as possible. I added a side by side photo of myself on this day to see that even though there is a lot of healing to go, my before and now is already pretty incredible! Updated on 17 Sep 2021: Got my stitches and staples out yesterday on Day 8. I was a little apprehensive because a couple is the stapes were feeling a little irritated, but it was very easy and painless! Still continuing to feel better every day. I do not think the swelling is getting much better, my neck and lymph nodes are still ginormous, but I know I need to be patient as it is still to be expected so soon after surgery. Updated on 17 Sep 2021: Hit submit to fast and didn’t add my photos from today. Really wish these entries had an edit button! Updated on 21 Sep 2021: Healing seems to be going really quickly now. The incisions around my ears are looking real I good. The scabbing has started to come of bit my bit. On Saturday (day 10) one of my incisions opened up on my head, where one of the staples had been. I was surprised at how much it bled for such a small area! I called the all call-doctor and he advised me on what to do and I was able to get the bleeding to stop. I really took it easy the rest of that day and I haven’t had anymore episodes of any areas opening up. It’s just a good reminder at this stage to really take it easy, especially when putting a shirt on/off, which is what I think caused it to open up. Updated on 15 Dec 2021: I am a little over 3 months post op and really feel like my results are starting to show. My swelling is very minimal at this point and I am thrilled with how my neck and jaw line look!! Also got my “after” photos done and can’t believe how lifted my face looks now! Dr. Engel really exceeded every hope I had! Updated on 9 Mar 2023: It’s so hard to believe a year and a half has gone by already! I am still thrilled with my results. As Dr Engel had told me, I think it took about a full year to see my final results. I am so happy with what I see in the mirror. My only regret is I had not done this surgery sooner. It really was life changing for me.

Round two with Dr.Engel<3 I had my asymmetric breasts augmented with saline by Dr. Engel in 2015, and let me tell you he had his work cut out for him then and he aced it. Fast forward 5years and two kiddos later - Now, I’m one day post op with my 2nd augmentation, this time I chose silicone extra high profile close to 800 cc and I’m in love. I really wouldn’t want anyone but Dr. Engel. He’s so down to earth and really listens and NEVER pushes anything on you, just lays out options and allows you complete freedom to choose what’s best for you without judgement just sound advice. HIGHLY recommend Dr. Engle

Do it with Dr. Engel. People actually pay me to find talent. I was shocked a doctor of his caliber AND an actually nice guy with a talented team was right here in Sarasota. Pre-op appointment: narrowed it down to him. He was already hired before meeting but didn’t know. Asked: what do you want to do first? When can I do it? Where do I pay? Scheduled for 2 weeks later. Done, beautifully. Post-op: hired nurse for the week. Listened to everything she said, attended appointment with Dr. Engel. Spoke to him frequently. He initiated the check-ins with me. Rapid responder if I needed anything. I look forward to my next surgery. Time to tackle my arms and butt. Lost 60. Pretty good stuff.

Dr. Engel is so kind, caring, and passionate about his job. He performed fat grafting to my buttocks to fill in my hip dips and give me more natural curves. I was NEVER confident in bathing suits, tight dresses, or anything that showed my curves because of my body shape and the way my hips looked. I am beyond pleased with my results and have total confidence in my body that I never had before. I cannot thank Dr. Engel enough for what he did for me! I will definitely come back to him in the future.

My outcome is beautiful and exactly what I wanted! I had older saline implants and replaced them with new silicone implants. I love the way they look. I have fullness on top that I had lost and a much softer/natural feel. Dr. Engel's detailed explanation of what my options were and the care and time he took to listen to what my goals were, made me feel completely confident and comfortable in my decision to get my procedure. Not only does he provide gorgeous outcomes of your procedures, but he takes the time to really listen to what you want to achieve and seems to care about you as a patient. I highly recommend him.

If your looking for an amazing person and extremely talented professional look no further. I have see Dr. Engle for years now and not once have I been disappointed. He will listen to you and try to accommodate your surgical or non surgical requests while at times advising you to a better outcome but without pressure.
