Is It Ok to Have a Brazilian Butt Lift, Tummy Tuck, Breast Lift W/ Augmentation Same Time?

Is It Ok to Have a Brazilian Butt Lift, Tummy Tuck, Breast Lift W/ Augmentation Same Time?

A: It is Ok To Have Brazilian Butt Lift and Breast Augmentation or Brazilian Butt Lift and Tummy tuck at the same time

.

In the past I used to not recommend Brazilian Butt lift with any other procedure because of the fair of traumatizing the fat while the patient was lying on his or her back. Now, 7 years later, I routinely combine Brazilian Butt Lift with Breast augmentation or Breast lift or Brazilian butt lift with Tummy Tuck. I do not combine more than two procedures at the same time on the same patient because I feel it may be too much surgery.

Uneven Buttocks 2 Weeks After Fat Transfer, WIll They Even Out In Time?

This Friday, 2/3/2012, will be 2 weeks since my surgery. I got lipo in my abdomen, inner and outter hips, and got fat transfer to my buttocks. I am VERY VERY concerned though because my right one seems to look a little coney and the other one looks completely fine, however i also did notice that the left side of my abdomen seems to be healing quicker then my right side, i still have significant swelling on my right side. So should i be concerned that my right butt cheek looks coney?

A: Uneven Buttocks after Brazilianbutt surgery

Two weeks after surgery you may find shape abnormalities which most of the time will improve with time,This is most likely a result of swelling and edema. My advice is to be patient and wait

Is 600 Cc Enough Fat to Make a Difference for Brazillian Butt Lift?

I am considering getting 600 cc for brazillian butt lift. I went to two plastic surgeons. One said he will do it and the other said he will not because there will be hardly any improvement. But it's something I really want to do. Do you think it is worth it? Thank you.

A: How Much Fat Necessary for a Brazilian Butt Lift

As you have read, a significant factor in reshaping the buttocks with a Brazilian butt lift is secondary to the liposuction of the abdomen, hips, flanks, and thighs.  Liposuctioning the areas around the buttocks gives the illusion of a more shapely, projecting buttocks, even if no fat is injected into the buttocks.

However, the other significant factor in a Brazilian butt lift is injection of the harvested fat into the buttocks to increase projection and improve the shape even more than with liposuction alone.  It is impossible to tell from your photo if you have enough fat to transfer 600cc of fat to each buttock without causing a deformity to the donor site, but it looks doubtful.  If your goal is to transfer 600cc of fat total (i.e. 300cc to each buttock) this is a more reasonable goal, but again, it is difficult to tell if you have even enough fat for that.

In my practice, I perform Brazilian butt lifts nearly as often as breast augmentations and tummy tucks.  I have found that in a thin person such as yourself, strategic liposuction of the areas around the buttocks with transfer of as little as 250cc to 300cc per buttocks can make a significant difference in someone with a slender frame.
