"Hecker Dermatology was a great experience. I was recommended by a friend who looked great after her injection of fillers. Me being a first timer, she knew exactly what to do to give me a natural not overdone look. I got 3 areas done! I am extremely satisfied with the results. Her pricing is very reasonable and I will definitely go back for more treatments. I was extremely impressed with her office staff. They were very friendly and answered all questions that I had. In addition, I was taken back into the exam room very quickly by the staff who made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Hecker spent alot of time with me discussing my options to make sure that I would be happy with the outcome of the treatment."

"Dr Melanie has an innate sense for the aesthetic. In the past I've had Botox and fillers even lasers from other doctors with some satisfaction but nothing I would return for or recommend to a friend. Thank goodness I found Dr Melanie Hecker who walked me through what I was to expect from my treatment yet delivered more by exceeding my expectations with full correction. My friends tell me how good I look and they want to know what I am doing! As a badge of honor I happily tell them how thrilled I was to have found a dermatology practice where I feel comfortable visiting primarily because I trust she’s in-the know regarding how to administer these specialty-aesthetic-procedures. As a 50 year old vain male (ex NY’r) it’s been tough to seek-out a provider (especially in S. Florida) to help me look naturally younger - thank goodness I finally discovered a smart, kind, expert physician at Hecker Dermatology."

"Dr. Melanie really enjoys what she does. You can tell immediately upon your first appointment. She is more affordable than other Dermatologists I have been to. I had fillers with her 6 months ago and she has a artistic technique that looks natural. You can tell she has been doing this for a while. A steady hand, professional, and reasonable pricing. I will be back! they just added something called Ultherapy to their practice. I will be making my appointment soon! I know she will provide competitive pricing and use her natural skill to rejuvenate me before the holidays!"
