April of last year I had a nipple sparing prophylactic bilateral mastectomy. I had both upper and lower lip implant 8 yrs ago .. unfortunately my top implant shifted over time to my right side due to the left pocket closing and corner was exposed inside my mouth ( i contribute the issue talking to much and chewing to early on) this go around not talking/ staying on pouch baby food for 3 weeks to ensure pocket anchors down my upper lip implant .. I did have him switch my implant to a large implant vs the original medium one I had from my first surgery
