I came to Dr. Bustillo because I was dissatisfied with the outcome of my first rhinoplasty. Although I could breathe better, the bridge of my nose was now wider and the bump that I had explicitly said I wanted gone was still there, along with some new asymmetries. It was not a textbook "bad" result, but it did not make me look more attractive, either. At my consultation, Dr. B was calming and... more
6 days have elapsed since my revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Bustillo and the results are REMARKABLE. I suffered from severe septal deviation, nasal valve collapse, tip asymmetry and a bulbous tip (my last surgeon - whom I naively selected at 18 - was NOT a specialist and butchered my helpless nose). During my consultation, Dr. Bustillo clearly identified primary concerns and explained how he'd ... more
I want to take the time to write a review on my behalf I never ever write reviews for any reason but I honestly had to this time. Dr. Salzhauer is truly a professional he changed my life! I am so happy I chose him I live an hour away from his office but it was so worth the trip. I LOVE my new nose. His staff is amazing as well! My recovery nurse was a doll! Miriam Perez thank you! You took... more
I had a Primary rhinoplasty in June of 2012. To start off, I had a bump on my bridge, broad tip, and simply put, my nose "stuck out". It really stuck out even more on my oval face. My Rhinoplasty procedure went well. I had twilight sedation which was great the first time around. My nose looked nice overall, however I had issues with the tip dropping and worse, breathing issues. After... more
My original rhinoplasty was in June of 2011. I knew immediately (even with the splint still on) that I ws not happy with the aesthetic results. My nose looked assymetric with the right side being more "pinched" and I had a bulbous, polly-beak, if you will. Initially, my breathing was improved, especially in my left nostriI, however, with time I began to have impeded breathing on my right... more
I had Rhinoplasty to fix a deviated septum on February 14, 2013. He was recommended by another doctor and my brother did an extensive research and he seemed the right fit when I went in for the consultation. I had Rhinoplasty in the past, so this was a revision Rhinoplasty and he was very straightforward with me. He didn't say my nose was butchered, but in a sense he said it was a very bad... more
My experience was so pleasant in every way. I am 55 years old. I had a previous rhinoplasty 7 years ago that failed and looked awful. I was not looking forward to having another surgury on my nose. However I didnt want to live with my nose looking so unattractive. My recovery was so quick and painless, I was astonished. This surgury was life changing for me. My nose looks beautiful. This... more
I had 2 very unsuccessful rhinoplasties in my youth. My nose, that was just slightly larger that I wanted before, was completely messed up after the first procedure. The doctor said, that the cartilage in my nose was broken (not true) and he had to get rid of it. As a result of the surgery the bridge of my nose was soooo low, the nostrils were wide and meaty and the tip looked like a piece of... more
