What's the Procedure for a Breast That Remains Too High?

I have 250 cc implants on over a naturally flat chest. My PS told me my skin was "tight". My right implant looks awesome. My left one was higher than the right from the get-go, firmer and has more upper pole. (This was the smaller breast and is filled a little more to make them match.) After 9 months, it still doesn't rest in my bra, the difference in the upper pole is still very noticeable and it is still visibly higher than the right. What is the typical fix for this problem?

Most likely you have capsular contracture, and may need capsulotomy or capsulectomy to lower the implant.

Fat Transfer to Breasts. Who is the Best Surgeon for This?

I live in NYC and I have been considering fat transfer to my breasts. I've always wanted lipo and larger breasts but didn't want implants, so this procedure seems perfect for me. I also don't have any breast cancer in my family at all. I recently had consults in Miami with Dr. Khouri and also saw Dr. Christina Ahn in NYC. (Dr. Coleman was out of my price range.) I am torn with Dr. Ahn and Dr. Khouri. I feel more comfortable with Dr. Ahn, but I hear Dr. Khouri is one of the best.

If you will choose a surgeon because of a price, or won't go to a surgeon because of his high price, it is better not to get anything done. If something goes wrong, you will always second guess yourself. By no means I am saying good or bad about any of the surgeons you mentioned. Go with your heart.

What Kinda of Surgery Would I Need?

I am A 34DD right now and would like them to be more fuller on top. I am not sure what kind of surgery I would need though. i would like them like the girl in the picture below.

I would downsize the implants, and perform a short scar breast lift. Even with the downsize of implants, the lift will help your breasts look fuller, and more natural.
