I'm 7mpo a tummy tuck and muscle repair. Before my TT I asked my PS if I should lose weight. He said it wasn't neccessary. Here I am now with this large bulge.I can still feel that my MR is intact. And my PS said there is no need to do more tightening. I'm scheduled for aggressive ab lipo. Will lipo fix my bulge? Was I an ideal candidate for a tummy tuck? I want my stomach to look like my sucking in photo. Will an extended tummy tuck revision help me get to my goal? I'm 5'3, 160lbs, if that helps.
There is no doubt that liposuction will improve the contour and reduce the bulge to some extent. I don't think you will be able to acheive full reduction of the buldge to the level seen in the "sucking in" photo. I do appreciate a right sided "dog ear" at the edge of your scar. This will likely improve with liposuction of that area as well but may be additionally improved with a slight extension of your scar and direct excision of the underlying fat.
My husband and I have been talking about this for a few years.. I don't like my the way my body looks I have a large spare tire and fat on my back and a hump on my neck like above my shoulders..plus my face is veryy chubby I read that they can transfer fat to your bum (I don't have much of one ) I just wasn't sure the around about price it would be for all of that lipo plus that fat transfer. And is there ways of making payment ?! Sorry if this all sounds silly I know nothing about this(: thanks
Surgical costs will vary greatly from surgeon to surgeon and region to region. I would encourage you to seek a board certified plastic surgeon who has experience with fat grafting. You can expect surgical fees, that include anesthesia and operating room costs to be in excess of $9000 for the procedures you describe (liposuction multiple areas, fat grafting). Many plastic surgery practices will offer surgical financing thru various finance companies but require payment (even if you are going thru a financing company) prior to the date of your surgery. It goes without saying that preoperative medical clearance would be required if you have any sort of medical condition, such as hypertension, diabetes etc.
I am in my early 20's. I've always been heavier on my legs, and got stretchmarks on my inner thighs and calves a couple years ago. I am looking into liposuction, and was wondering if my stretchmarks makes me a bad candidate. If so, is there an alternative to liposuction or liposculpture that would bring similar effects? Thanks!
The bottom line is that you need to have a face to face consultation with a Plastic Surgeon to learn about the options based on the physical exam. It's reasonable to get a few opinions before you decide to have a procedure. Keep in mind that even with excellent skin quality there is still a risk for irregularities especially with liposuction of the medial thighs.
