A: Prevelle is a soft hyaluronic acid filler
Prevelle is a hyaluronic acid filler that has anesthetic (lidocaine) in it. It is a soft filler that is nice to try in areas that need soft products. I use it around the eyes, in the lips and a few other locations.
In the future, there will be a thicker version of the product that will help to lift wrinkles for longer time.
One reason that it is well received by patients that participated in a clinical trial with Prevelle, is that it causes less pain. The lidocaine in the product provides gentle anesthesia as the product goes in and is an alternative to nerve blocks or local anesthesia injections.
