I had a great experience from start to finish with Dr. Delange. He was attentive, answered all my questions and my incisions look incredible thin and healing so well. My results are better than I expected, I’m shocked he was able to correct everything. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and my results. I have recommended him to several friends already.

I’m surprised every time I look in the mirror! Dr DeLange is a true artist! My experience was much more than I ever imagined. My procedure was 8/8 and I would do it again in a heartbeat. I had no pain and the results are so natural I’m truly amazed! The office is beautiful and everyone is professional, friendly and efficient. I wanted to look rested and healthier but I never expected to actually look younger! I’ve been back and had micro blading by Megan and my eyebrows are so natural I’m going to go back and have my lips lightly colored. I wish we could give 10 stars. I loved my experience!

5 years ago (2017), I had my first breast augmentation wand mastopexy Dr. DeLange and I was thrilled with the results. Fast forward to 2021...I lost around 15 lbs and I slowly started to notice the profile on my right breast was no longer round and forward, but more of a flat drop off. Of no fault of Dr. DeLange, I knew that weight loss and non supportive sports bras while working out had contributed to this event. I went back to Dr. D. on 10/22/21 and had another lift, implant replacement (100 cc's larger...385 to 485 along with a mini tummy tuck. My surgery went great and after 3.5 hours I was awake and in recovery without nausea this time (thanks to Jen the anesthesiologist taking into account me being a lightweight with meds)! Recovery was a little harder than expected with the Mini TT but the breasts were easy since it was my second time around. Very pleased with the outcome so far and I absolutely love Dr. D and his entire staff. Highly recommend this practice to anyone who wants top notch care with excellent results.

Dr. DeLange did a tummy tuck and breast lift in June 2020 for me. I had bariatric surgery in 2012 and had lost over 110 pounds. My "Mommy Makeover" was quite a big surgery. My whole pre op, periop and post op experience was excellent. I am actually a nurse practitioner myself; I have worked in the inpatient and outpatient settings. I have experience with all kinds of physicians/surgeons; and, he is the most professional, skilled surgeon I have ever met in my life. He has both excellent skills; and, excellent bedside manner which is so hard to find! I am very grateful for Dr. DeLange!

I has 15 year old saline implants that needed to be removed or replaced. I chose to do a full Enbloc surgery with a lift Dr delange was confident that he could get all of my implant and capsule out and he did an excellent job. This wasn’t the first time I have used him. I have had a neck lift a fat transfer and some scar revision with him over the last few years. Dr delange is a skilled surgeon and the best part for me was he didn’t need to use drains in my case which I was thankful for !! I was a small B before implants. A Medium C with implants and now I’m a cute little A cup. For 50 years old they look cute and perky and I’m thrilled. Things turned out better then I expected and I was walking on the treadmill two days later. Two weeks out and I’m feeling great. I can think again!! Off my ADD meds which I guess were disguising my chronic fatigue. My shoulder pain is gone and so are the bags under my eyes. Ladies, don’t wait a year to get this done. There are skilled surgeons out there who can make you look great. Will we have scars? Of course! That comes with any surgery you have. We need to be healthy and appreciate our natural beauty and stop putting toxic things into our bodies.That being said, call Dr Delanges office in palm beach gardens when your ready to look and feel better!!

I don’t even know where to begin, I had been considering a breast lift after my children were born over 20 years ago. All that time I always felt so insecure and low, I hated looking at myself naked. I bought expensive bras and pills and lotions looking for a solution always saying to myself if this doesn’t work then I’ll consider surgery but always fearing the surgery and going another route. Then fat transfer became a thing and I tried that, admittedly it worked and for about a year and I felt better about myself but that was only for a short while. $5600 later my breasts were right back to being saggy and awful. After tons more research and consults, 5 more years and $5400 I was convinced to have another fat transfer by another doctor. This time was not successful at all and I ended up with terrible results this time around with my breasts not changing at all and my stomach that was not flat but not large ended up swollen and lumpy and wrinkled and to make matters worse I ended up with hernias (I found out about the hernias after my surgery with Dr. Delange) I consulted the doctor who did my fat transfer and he tried to convince me to pay more money and have another fat transfer to correct the issue and didn’t even tell me that the swelling and lumps were possibly hernias. I again began researching cosmetic surgeons but this time for breast lift surgery. My first consult was with Dr. Delange and from the first moment I met him my husband and I were impressed. He was honest straightforward and didn’t give us any false hopes he told us exactly what was going to happen and what the results were going to be. With that information we left the office and had two more consults with plastic surgeons in the general area but they were not as impressive as Dr. Delange. But that’s not all, his office, his staff everything about Dr. Delange was great. A wonderful experience right from the start. I went for a second consult with my husband and from there decided to get a breast lift with an augmentation and diastasis repair with a tummy tuck to correct the damage done by the fat transfer. The best decision I ever made. I love the way I look, my confidence is beginning to come back and even though it’s only been 6 weeks I look and feel amazing. Thank you to Dr. Delange and his staff for giving me the gift of feeling great, beautiful and confident.

Dr. DeLange is as much of a magician as he is a physician. I’m so delighted with the beautiful work he did on me. He is truly an artist. I’m in my 60’s and had a lower face and neck lift. I’m thrilled! His staff are exceptional as well. I couldn’t recommend anyone higher.

Dr. DeLange and his office staff are extremely warm and professional. Everyone seems genuinely happy to be there and it shows in their customer service and good attitudes! Moving through the steps from consultation to surgery to post-op visits is seamless and everyone does their part exceptionally well. As a medical professional myself, I will say that infection control and safety in his office is top notch. So important! My result is spectacular and Dr DeLange’s suturing (with a full and implant exchange, I had many) is PERFECT. At only 3 weeks post-op, my incisions are nearly invisible and I could not be happier!

I am a runner and a tennis player so I had some loose skin under my neck that aged me even though I use fillers and Botox Dr Delange fixed all of it! I look 35 again! The staff there is great. Very professional and Dr delange really cares about his patients. He is even helping me with scar revision. I highly recommend using him if you live in the south Florida area .

Great experience from beginning to end. When I had my consultation with Dr Delange I knew he was the one. Very knowledgeable and professional. His staff is amazing. The surgery went well and I love my results. My tummy tuck incision is long (which is to be expected) but is very thin, he did a great job!! My breasts look beautiful,. I am so glad Dr Delange recommenced a small D cup for my body because they are perfect, I had gone in wanting a full C. Besides the results of my procedure, I also loved the fact that Dr Delange himself took the time out to call me the next day after my surgery to see how I was doing. He is highly recommended from my standpoint.
